Mr. Alperstein brings a focus on customer service to his position at Wharton Property Advisors. With a background in engineering and Information Technology, he brings technical knowledge to his role that helps in finding his clients office solutions in an increasingly “wired” world. Before joining Wharton Property Advisors, Mr. Alperstein was the Director of Information Technology at Mercy College. He began his career with Texaco, where he was a Senior Mechanical Engineer, followed by many years with IBM’s Global Services, where he was a Technical Services Manager. Mr. Alperstein earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering at The Pennsylvania State University. He has completed a number of graduate courses at Pace University’s Lubin School of Business. He resides with his family in Fishkill in upstate New York’s beautiful Hudson Valley.
