Dave Wilson currently serves as executive vice president with Transwestern’s tenant advisory group in Chicago. With over 30 years of corporate real estate experience, he has mastered the art of creating leverage on behalf of his clients. His thorough knowledge of all aspects of the deal process (evaluation, negotiation, and implementation) and experience in various economic climates has enabled his clients to enjoy the most favorable terms possible in their respective markets.
Dave has direct experience in each of the key disciplines (brokerage, development, finance, management) within the commercial office industry. On behalf of clients, Dave has searched for and identified strategic land sites, negotiated and acquired the preferred site, and remained intimately involved in the design, development and leasing of new properties. He has also strategically re-positioned properties and directed leasing efforts in all classifications of office buildings, from AA to Vintage.
