Dave Hammack, a native Tucsonan, graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Real Estate in 2000. Dave joined Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR in January 2018 after a successful 17 year career at Volk Company and specializes in landlord/tenant and buyer/seller representation of retail properties throughout Southern Arizona. Dave was a consistent top overall producer and led his firm in transactions completed for 16 consecutive years at his former firm. Dave has closed over 700 transactions in excess of $300 million in consideration since 2001.
