David Brian, Associate at Continental Partners, focuses on commercial debt and equity placement secured by retail, multifamily, office, industrial, seniors housing, self-storage, net-leased, and hospitality properties throughout the United States. He joined Continental Partners as an Associate in late 2020 amidst the COVID-19 pandemic and works directly with the firm’s EVP. David corresponds directly with the firm's EVP and has worked on over $130,000,000 in executable transactions across all major asset classes, with specialization across Western markets. Prior to joining Continental Partners, David spent close to 4 years at Fannie Mae’s DC Headquarters in both the Single and Multifamily spaces, where he had direct oversight on a multitude of secondary market transactions of all loan sizes/purposes across all Fannie Mae DUS lenders. Prior to Fannie Mae, David was a Securities Analyst at Wells Fargo.
