Daryl Wilson has joined Fidelity Bancorp Funding as Associate Director of Lending to lead the firm’s expansion into the Texas market. Based in Dallas, he originates and structures bridge and DSCR loans for real estate investors, leveraging Fidelity’s $1B capital platform and in-house underwriting to deliver fast, reliable execution. Wilson previously led multi-market teams at Northmarq, overseeing $6.2B in commercial and multifamily assets and guiding credit, valuation, and workout strategies. He also held a leadership role at Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, earning multiple awards for operational excellence and employee of the year. Wilson serves on the ULI DFW Retail Product Council, sits on the AAREP DFW Board, and chairs the Young Leaders Committee. He is also an active MBA affiliate nationally.
