Darryl is a seasoned veteran and has a thorough understanding in all disciplines of industrial real estate and the Houston market. Darryl is one of the firm’s top industrial brokers in the country and is involved in the day to day marketing of the Houston industrial portfolio. Darryl began his commercial real estate career in Houston in 1988. He has been with Transwestern in the Houston industrial group since July 1997. During his tenure with Transwestern, Darryl has been instrumental in the development of over ten million square feet of spec industrial space.
