Kaplan brokered the $125,000,000 acquisition of 800 Brickell, a 210,000 SF premier property in Miami and leased retail spaces in Palm Beach, Delray Beach, and new Hard Rock Hotel in Hollywood, FL.
Darryl Kaplan has developed a keen understanding of what it takes to create a successful retail environment including master planning, site acquisition, development and leasing.
Notable leasing projects include Time Warner Center, Downtown at the Gardens, and The Village at Gulfstream Park. Ground up development projects include Georgia Square and Naples Center.
For retail real estate Kaplan represented Equinox Fitness Clubs for 3 sites in South Florida, Tourneau, The Cheesecake Factory, Donald J. Pliner, Lucky Brand, and Wentworth Gallery.
Kaplan was a Partner at Collarmele Partners and was involved with Master Planning projects in Panama City, Panama and Los Angeles.
