Darrin joined Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors in 2020 and has 34 years of experience in the Denver commercial real estate industry his first and only career out of college. Darrin specializes mostly in the central Denver area but has completed transactions all over the metro area representing dispositions, acquisitions, landlords, and tenants. During his career, he has over 600 lease transactions and over 100 sale transactions. He also worked on build-to-suits, speculative development, portfolio management, and national corporate real estate consulting. As a 4th generation Colorado native, Darrin spends his spare time road biking and cruising through Washington Park with his 14-year-old twin daughters, and skiing in the beautiful Colorado mountains.
