Darren Ross is a Vice Chair and Principal at Colliers, consistently recognized as one of the top industrial brokers in Metro Atlanta. Throughout his career, Darren has completed over 700 transactions, with a total consideration in excess of $800M. In addition, Darren is a founding member of Colliers’ National Industrial Occupier Panel and serves as the Director of the Atlanta Industrial Services Group (ISG). As Director of the Atlanta ISG, he is responsible for leading the multi-disciplinary team, the integration of client services and the aggregation of the proprietary market data for the benefit of the ISG’s clients. Today, the ISG is a nationally recognized practice group within Colliers that is widely known as the strongest industrial brokerage firm in the United States. Darren draws on the breadth of his experience to partner with national, regional and local clients to maximize the value of their real estate through identification, evaluation and negotiation of lease and purchase opportunities. Prior to joining Colliers in 2011, Darren served as a Senior Vice President with Grubb & Ellis Company. He started his real estate career in 2001 with CBRE.
