I genuinely believe 100% commission for real estate agents is more important than ever - I wrote a Medium article about the topic if you're interested in my thoughts. While Stuart St James did not begin with a 100% commission model for agents when founded in 2011, it was in part through the self-awareness I gained from the 16Personalities Personality Test that fueled my bold action to create the very best Massachusetts real estate brokerage for real estate agent entrepreneurs. By learning I am an Advocate personality type, I really did get a “freakishly accurate” description of who I am and why I do things the way I do. I engage directly with agents on the team, seek to understand their goals and challenges, actively listen, and take massive action to continuously level up the brokerage and what's provided to agents. I've built an undeniably compelling real estate brokerage and know I'm providing next-level value to agents because I constantly hear Stuart St James is "too good to be true".
