About
Daren co-founded Rise Commercial Partners. In addition to his deal-making responsibilities, Daren assists with management of the brokerage and development teams. He has represented many national tenants, including Alamo Drafthouse, Kohl’s, Gold’s Gym, H-Mart, Urban Air, Black Bear Diner, Parry’s Pizzeria & Taphouse, Thirsty Lion, Portillo’s, Kona Grill, Modern Market and Salad and Go. In addition, Daren’s brokerage work has expanded into land development projects with groups such as Trademark Property Company, Enclave Property Management, Premier Storage, Manifold Real Estate, Ardent Residential, Alliance Residential and Trammell Crow Residential. Daren was most recently a Principal at Edge Realty Partners in Austin, where he was responsible for negotiating deals and assisting with the management of the office. Prior to Edge, Daren was with Endeavor Real Estate Group, where he focused on tenant representation and leasing of regional power center developments totaling more than 2 million square feet.
