Darcy Miramontes is a Managing Director in the San Diego office of JLL Capital Markets. She specializes in multifamily investments and development sales in Southern California. As part of the Capital Markets division, Darcy leads the valuation, marketing and disposition of multifamily projects. Darcy has a career transaction volume of more than $4 billion and 30,000 units. During her 19 years of experience she has represented a wide range of clients including institutional and private capital investors. She oversees a broad array of investment sales and equity procurement and has represented some of the nation’s largest and most active multifamily investors and developers. Darcy is licensed to practice real estate in both California and Nevada.
