Danny Spitz is a 15+ year veteran in commercial real estate sales and joined Greenstone Partners as Managing Partner 2018. Over his time as a broker, Danny has completed transactions valued at over $700,000,000. Prior to Greenstone, Danny spent seven years at Baum Realty as Director of Investment Sales and five years at @properties Commercial, where he pioneered the commercial division of the company and specialized in investment sales and retail leasing. Danny began his real estate career working for Chicago-based MB Financial Bank. He gained experience underwriting a variety of real estate transactions and commercial and industrial business loans. Transactions typically ranged up to $30,000,000. After receiving his broker license in 2004, Danny spent two years in a one-on-one mentorship focused on commercial real estate brokerage and development. Danny was born and raised in Skokie, IL and attended Arizona State University where he graduated with Honors and received a bachelor’s degree Cum Laude in Finance at the W.P. Carey School of Business.
