About
Danny Griffin joined Atlantic Capital Partners in 2023 as a Vice President in the Boston office where he is responsible for advancing the Capital Markets platform along the East Coast. Danny specializes in the sale, purchase and recapitalization of net leased properties throughout the U.S., including disposition and acquisition advisory, 1031 exchange transactions, sale-leaseback, and portfolio analysis. He works with a wide range of clients including private investors, family offices, private equity groups, merchant developers, public and privately-held REITS, and institutional and offshore capital.
Prior to joining Atlantic, Danny was an Investment Sales Broker at SRS Real Estate Partners where he helped build out their National Net Lease Group’s Boston office. Over the course of his career, Danny has executed over $400 million in transaction value across 18 states.
