Daniel Baker is an Executive Vice President and leader of the Dallas Multifamily team, focusing on individual and portfolio level multifamily asset dispositions in North Texas. Since 2012, Mr. Baker has been involved in more than $30 billion of multifamily investment transactions. Mr. Baker leads client engagements on behalf of investors in the multifamily space including institutional investors, syndications, family offices, foreign investors and REITs.
Prior to joining the Dallas Multifamily team, Mr. Baker worked in CBRE’s Global Research and Consulting group, working on assignments involving all commercial real estate asset classes. He analyzed macroeconomic data including labor market trends, interest rate projections, economic drivers, and real estate fundamentals.
