Daniele is a Director in the Austin office of JLL Capital Markets and a member of JLL’s Build-To-Rent (BTR) / Single-Family-Rental (SFR) team. He is primarily responsible for investment sales and equity placement transactions in Texas and the Mountain West Region for single family housing. Prior to joining JLL, Daniele lead SFR Portfolio Acquisitions at Amherst Residential where he was tasked with deploying $1.2B in equity across the nation. Prior to working at Amherst, he spent 5 years working in investment sales advisory and acquisitions in New York City.
