Daniel Winrod joined Marcus & Millichap as an Associate in 2017 to work with The Blomsterberg Group aside Kenneth Blomsterberg and Ryan Rife, with a specialized focus in Multifamily Investments in the Northern Nevada Market.
As a sixth generation Nevadan, Daniel attended the University of Nevada, Reno and graduated Cum Laude with dual-degrees in Business Administrations with Majors in Finance and Management. During his education, he competed and was a finalist in the 2016 Nevada Governor’s Cup Business Plan Competition and placed second in the 2016 UNR Pack Pitch Business Concept Competition..
Over the course of his career, Daniel, Ryan, and Ken have successfully closed over $225 million dollars of Multifamily Investment Sales in Northern Nevada, making them the market leaders in Northern Nevada.
