About
Daniel Stickane joined Northmarq in February of 2022 as a Senior Vice President in the firm’s Dallas office. He will be responsible for arranging debt/equity solutions, leveraging Northmarq’s agency expertise, life company relationships (including 30+ correspondents) and equity acumen. Clients will benefit from his prior specialization in multifamily financing. Before joining Northmarq, Daniel worked for more than 10 years as a Vice President at PNC Multifamily and was involved in excess of $4 billion in transactions, primarily focusing on multifamily loans with Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. A native of Fort Worth, Daniel attended Texas A&M University majoring in Finance. In his free time, Daniel enjoys anything outdoors, mostly hunting and playing golf. Daniel and his wife Nicole reside in a southern Dallas suburb, along with their three children.
