Daniel Rodriguez Sains recently joined Buchbinder & Warren Realty Group LLC, where he focuses on both office and retail leasing. He brings more than 10 years of experience in landlord and tenant representation to the firm. A native of New York City, Danny attended Trinity High School on the Upper West Side and went on to earn a BA in history from Boston College. He began his real estate career in 2007 with CBRE, servicing institutional landlords in Manhattan and representing tenants in a mix of industries including media, publishing, entertainment, financial services, and non- profits for their office-occupancy needs. On the retail end, Danny has established a niche in the restaurant/food & beverage sector, supporting both landlords and operators in consummating complicated leasing transactions. Danny is a co-founder and Vice President of the Latin-American Commercial Real Estate Association, where he leads a mentorship program on careers in real estate for immigrant students in NYC. Other affiliations outside of the office include The Sports Angels, Urban Dove, and the Committee for Hispanic Children and Families.
