Daniel comes from a background in real estate finance with experience in underwriting a wide range of commercial properties in Seattle and nationwide. Bringing 6 years of commercial real estate experience, He has translated his expertise in structured deal financing into creating new opportunities to support client investment strategies. Originally from Texas, Daniel graduated from the University of Puget Sound where he received a BA in Business Leadership with an emphasis in entrepreneurship. While at Puget Sound, he worked as a consultant for a local business startup, where he realized he enjoyed the entrepreneurial spirit and developing strategies for sustainable growth. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Daniel was a broker at SVN Whitecap Commercial Real Estate and worked as an underwriter for a national portfolio lender.
