Mr. Lanni has been a licensed real estate salesperson for over a decade and specializes in selling multifamily and commercial properties in central New Jersey and its surrounding areas where he is consistently a leading producer. He joined Kislak in 2010 and after his first year received the company’s prestigious Rookie of the Year award, which recognizes a newer salesperson who records the greatest achievements during the year. Mr. Lanni was promoted to senior vice president in 2019 after he sold over $600 million of real estate for the company. Mr. Lanni’s focus is on creating valuable client relationships built on authenticity and transparency, and connecting buyers and sellers so that their investment goals are consistently achieved. He was a part of the Kislak team that achieved over $532 million in sales in 2020. In 2020 he was recognized in the Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Journal’s 40 under 40 Spotlight. Mr. Lanni attended Monmouth University’s Kislak Real Estate Institute. He is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council, the New Jersey Apartment Association, the Pennsylvania Apartment Association, and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
