About
Danny is a Senior Managing Director and co-head of the Chicago and Columbus offices of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience. He specializes in all areas of real estate financing with a focus on investment banking, debt and equity advisory. He is also a securities representative with HFF Securities, now a JLL company. During the course of his career, Danny has completed more than $15 billion in commercial real estate transactions. Noteworthy transactions include the joint venture equity and debt placement for the Wolf Point development in Chicago, Illinois; construction financing the redevelopment of Wrigley Field area; and the financing of numerous mixed-use properties, including the New City Project in Chicago. Prior to starting with HFF in 2004, Danny was with the John Buck Company.
