Daniel is a Director in the Phoenix office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Daniel will focus on debt and equity advisory transactions across all Arizona and Southwest product types. Over the course of his career, Daniel has advised on more than $6 billion of debt and advisory transactions. Prior to joining JLL, Daniel was with Preferred Capital Advisors in Sacramento, where he most recently served as a Vice President. Daniel began his career with Marcus & Millichap as a Senior Market Analyst in Phoenix. Financial analysis of prospective acquisitions, loan documents, and development refinancing opportunities are some of his core strengths.
