Dan is responsible for sourcing and executing retail acquisition and development opportunities for Endeavor. He also performs tenant representation for select regional and national brands throughout Texas. Since joining Endeavor Prior to deal sourcing for Endeavor, Dan was instrumental in the leasing of some of Endeavor’s largest shopping center developments including The Parke in Cedar Park, Texas, Belterra Village in Dripping Springs, Texas, Dry River District in Kyle, Texas and Springtown in San Marcos, Texas. Prior to leasing, Dan served as the company’s investment analyst and helped administer the company’s first opportunity fund, Endeavor Opportunity Partners I.
