Current responsibilities:
Dan is a Vice President in JLL’s Long Island office. With over 35 years of industry experience, He brings expertise from both the ownership and occupier sides of the table. Dan specializes in office leasing and investment sales.
Having started his real estate career at Cushman and Wakefield, he later moved to the head of leasing at Pepitone Industries. Next stop was the Shorenstein Company where he represented the firm in negotiations with Merrill Lynch, Allstate, Dean Witter, and Aetna, just to name a few. He subsequently joined Concorde Real Estate Company as Sr. Vice President, specializing in office leasing and sales. His previous experience gave him the versatility to navigate negotiations with tenants, landlords, developers, and investors. His move to a firm with JLL’s capabilities was a natural progression in his career.
He earned a BS in Advertising from the University of Florida, and an MS from Hofstra University. He is also a LEED Green Associate.
