About

Mr. Cohen joined Meridian Capital Group in 2018 where he works alongside Danny Heumann, overseeing new business development and strategy for the organization. In this capacity, he is responsible for creating new relationships for the firm, sourcing, underwriting and placing commercial real estate loans and managing a team of originators. His team focuses on arranging debt and equity financing across all asset classes on a national scale. Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Cohen worked in the legal technology industry. Mr. Cohen earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Maryland and his MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business, where he specialized in Real Estate and Finance. He is an active member of ULI where he serves on the programming committee for the Young Leaders division.
