Daniel Chumbley joined Marcus & Millichap in September of 2019 as an associate. Daniel specializes in Single-Tenant Net Leased Investment properties with a focus on Dialysis tenants throughout the United States. Daniel aims to help his clients achieve their real estate goals through a strong understanding of the market dynamics and strategic stance on selling or repositioning. Daniel also has a passion for establishing long-lasting relationships in the process. Daniel was born and raised in Miami, Florida and graduated from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business where he double majored in Real Estate and Finance. Daniel continues to leverage his unique understanding of both subjects in his current role. In his free time, Daniel enjoys playing and watching sports, as well as spending time with his friends and family.
