Daniel Blanco is the co-founder of Broad Street Development Realty Corporation (BSD) and serves as its Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner. Daniel has executive responsibility for the coordination and execution of all BSD’s seven mainline in-house divisions overseeing BSD’s portfolio of residential and commercial properties valued at over $1.2 billion. These include asset management, leasing, sales and acquisitions, capital improvement, development and construction programs, and dispositions.
