Daniel Becker joined SRS in 2021 in the Tampa office as part of the National Net Lease Group. Recently receiving a master’s degree from the University of Florida, Daniel was introduced to the commercial real estate industry through various summer internships. As a financial analyst intern with JLL, Daniel assisted the capital markets department in building financial models, and worked with the tenant representation team in site selection activities. At Cantor Fund Management, Daniel handled market analysis and other research projects contributing to the underwriting of properties.
Daniel is a member of ICSC, The Urban Land Institute, and Society of Real Estate Professionals. He is well on the way to completing the requirements for his CCIM and MAI designations.
