Prior to joining SCRE, Dan enjoyed a comprehensive 20-year corporate career in Real Estate, Mergers and Acquisitions, and General Management. Dan’s experiences include leading real estate sales transactions valued at up to $90 million and acquisitions of companies with assets up to $220 million. As President of Aquarion Services Company, Dan managed a diverse portfolio of small growth companies ranging in size from $2 million to $40 million. Dan was responsible for land management, office leasing throughout New England, residential development, and negotiating land sales with State and Municipal officials throughout Connecticut. Since joining SCRE in 2008, Dan has been instrumental in closing transactions in all categories of commercial leasing and investment sales. Prominent Tenant Representation assignments have included Cumberland Farms, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Jersey Mike’s, Vein Clinics of America, Physician One Urgent Care, Rue21, Denny’s, Pure Barre and many others.
