Dan Lewin began his investment real estate career in 2012 in his sophomore year at USC when he joined Turnstone Capital, a Gardena-based apartment syndicator, as an acquisitions associate. Upon graduation, Dan joined Marcus & Millichap where he built a niche as a student housing, land development, and multi-family specialist. Dan founded Apollo Advisors in April, 2020.
Dan has been the most active broker in the 90007 zip code (USC student housing) over the last 5 years and has continually set the market record for small-lot development sales in the immediate USC area.
Via his investment firm, YoungLewin Capital, Dan is also an active partner in multiple multifamily, student housing and ADU projects that he is developing himself in Los Angeles County and Orange County as well as Silicon Valley. Dan prides himself on advising clients from a place of experience as a principal and ADU specialist as well as an investment sales broker.
