With close to 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate business, Dan serves as the company’s Marketing Director for the Dallas/Fort Worth area. In this capacity, he handles project leasing for over 3.0 million square feet of industrial property. Additionally, he works on industrial investment property sales and sourcing development and investment opportunities. Previously, Dan worked as a real estate broker, assisting clients in leasing, acquisition and disposition of over 20 million square feet of properties. The majority of his experience was gained working with industrial properties in the Dallas / Fort Worth area. In addition, he has served as a Construction Manager/Field Engineer for Midway Development Company where he managed the development of several industrial and office buildings in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Dan is a licensed Texas real estate broker and has a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin . Dan is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and Great Southwest Industrial District Association.
