Daniel Forde leads the civil litigation practice group as well as the commercial real estate and finance practice group. Mr. Forde represents clients in matters involving business and commercial litigation, complex commercial transactions, development, leasing, secured lending transactions, acquisition, disposition, options, and title disputes. He has successfully represented large corporations, small businesses, and individuals in litigation and corporate matters. He has achieved great results for clients of all sizes in civil trials, arbitrations, and mediations. Education and Experience Mr. Forde received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Arizona in 2002. While at the University of Arizona, he served as an intern for two years for United States Senator John McCain. He also assisted Senator McCain with his presidential campaign. Mr. Forde earned his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in April 2006. During law school, he earned an Academic Achievement Award in Securities Regulation.
