Cutt is a Senior Managing Director and a founding member of Berkadia’s Houston office. With over fifteen years of experience, Cutt has completed transactions on a broad range of product types including multi-housing, retail, office, industrial and hotel properties. He is primarily responsible for originating debt and equity placement transactions throughout Texas and the United States.
During his career, Cutt has completed in excess of $4.0 billion in commercial real estate capitalizations. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a Master’s Degree in commercial real estate. He is a member of the Society of Texas A&M Real Estate Professionals and active with the Mortgage Bankers Association of America
