Curtis Nassau joined RIPCO Real Estate in 2013 where he is an Executive Vice President. A longtime veteran of retail real estate, he specializes in both tenant and landlord representation at the firm’s New Jersey office. Curtis’ track record of landlord representation spans downtown (with over a dozen deals in Englewood alone) to urban to highway retail. His development experience ranges from mixed-use to redevelopment, and includes Russo’s mixed-use Shoppes at Vermella in Union, Prism Capital Partners’ mixed-use Edison Village in West Orange, Tucker’s mixed-used Springfield Avenue Marketplace, and Clarion’s redevelopment of Essex Green in West Orange. Additional mixed-use projects include Carlton Group/New Valley in Secaucus, LCor in Montclair, and Roseland Properties in Weehawken, and West New York. Curtis has also represented tenants from local to bigbox to franchises.
