I specialize in medical office properties, including surgery centers, imaging centers, clinics, labs, and behavioral health centers, serving institutional and private clients, as well as independent physicians, in their investment sales and leasing needs After starting my career in brokerage and successfully closing my first medical office building transaction in 2014, l transitioned into a development role within the hospitality industry. This experience working with real estate developers and owners to identify key development locations, perform real estate underwriting, and negotiate long-term franchise agreements provided me with a deep appreciation for the broker/client relationship.
