Cullen Dickey is a Dallas native and Broker with 18 years of experience in commercial real estate. Cullen grew up in Highland Park and went on to graduate from Southern Methodist University. He was raised working in restaurant kitchens and taught to value hard work. His father educated him about commercial real estate from a young age. Cullen spent two years with Falcon Realty Advisors, working on tenant and landlord representation, land sales and surplus disposition. He then joined David Little Real Estate. Cullen worked with David for eight years, continuing his focus on local brokerage and relationships, before obtaining his Broker license with the plan to open his own company. Cullen founded Dickey Property Co. in 2013 based on the following core beliefs: be “of service,” provide unmatched local market knowledge and rely on a deep network of Dallas business relationships.
