Cullen is a senior director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 18 years of commercial real estate and investment finance experience. He is primarily responsible for originating and executing debt and equity placements for all types of commercial real estate transactions. During the course of his career, he has completed more than $3 billion in commercial real estate transactions, with experience in all major property types and a particular focus on portfolio financings and joint venture equity transactions. Prior to joining HFF in 2007, Cullen spent several years with a boutique investment banking firm based in Dallas, where he dealt primarily in private placements of debt and equity capital. He began his career in banking, where he focused on underwriting real estate construction loans and corporate debt facilities.
