Growing up in the suburban neighborhood of Coral Gables, Miami, Cristian has been a South Florida resident all his life with deep personal and professional ties to the local community. Cristian started his professional career as a finance & accounting analyst for Watsco, Inc. In his tenure there he managed over 150+ client accounts in the Caribbean and LATAM. He ventured into Real Estate starting in the summer of 2022 when he joined the Koniver Stern Group where he focused on Landlord and Tenant representation. Cristian has a passion for the outdoors.
