Craig Slosberg is a senior managing director with Newmark’s retail services in New York City. Mr. Slosberg’s key responsibilities include representation of property owners and investors, to develop and execute leasing strategies optimizing asset valuation. He also represents retailers and consults with them on their retail strategies and site acquisition processes. Mr. Slosberg has strong knowledge of property management, operations and marketing to better assist clients with overall goals.
Mr. Slosberg has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry with an extensive range of project types. Prior to joining Newmark, he was an executive vice president at Jones Lang LaSalle, where he established the firm’s New York City retail brokerage division. During his tenure at JLL, the New York retail team grew from four to 16 brokerage professionals. Relationships with JLL Global offices were promoted and successful intra markets referral business implemented.
