Craig Foreman is a Vice President at PGIM Real Estate. Craig is responsible for originating a
broad range of commercial mortgage products throughout the Midwest and Canada, including
balance sheet, Fannie Mae DUS®, Freddie Mac, and bridge loans. Craig is based in Chicago, IL.
Prior to joining PGIM Real Estate, Craig worked for GE Capital Real Estate. He worked as an
analyst in the firm's asset management group based in Chicago, IL, before joining the firm’s
European platform based in Paris, France. In this role, he supported senior leaders with strategic
management and portfolio analytics on an $8 billion portfolio of debt and equity assets. Craig later
joined GE's Commercial Mortgage Originations team based in Chicago, IL, where he underwrote
over $3 billion of fixed and floating-rate mortgages for all asset classes.
Craig earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance from Loyola University in Maryland and a Master
of Business Administration degree with concentrations in finance and economics from the
University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
