Craig Bean joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2017 and serves as Managing Principal of the Houston Industrial Division. His primary responsibilities include both industrial project leasing and tenant representation throughout the Greater Houston market, as well as leading the business development efforts of the Houston industrial team. In addition, he performs market research for clients and helps to identify strategic acquisition, disposition, and development opportunities. Craig has performed industrial project leasing for a host of institutional clients such as Principal Financial Group, TA Realty, GID, Blackstone, CenterPoint Properties, AEW Capital Management, and Brookfield Properties throughout his time at HLC. On the user-representation side, he has represented many businesses in both lease and purchase negotiations, including Sun Coast Resources, RectorSeal, Olmsted-Kirk Paper Company, HOGG Outfitters, and Mechantek Corp.
