The Tampa team focuses on office properties in greater Tampa Bay and West Coast of Florida markets. Courtney’s primary focus is on marketing for the sale of institutional and middle-market office investment properties in Central Florida. Courtney has over twenty years of experience in investment sales throughout Florida and has a strong marketing and graphic design background. Courtney’s contributions to the team include administration of current listings, creation and distribution of marketing materials and offering memorandums, project accounting, online project management, client coordination and assisting with due diligence. Prior to joining CBRE, Inc. Courtney was Marketing Coordinator in the Tampa office of Trammell Crow Company.
