Courtney Rosenkrantz started with Cushman & Wakefield in 2021 were she joined the team of Raymond Trevisan and William O’Keefe, specializing in advisory and brokerage services for both tenants and landlords, locally and nationally. Courtney’s analytical thinking combined with her relationship building skills play an important role in creating new business opportunities for her team. Consistently going above and beyond, Courtney prides herself on effectively handling each client need and overseeing the transaction process from start to finish. Courtney is actively involved in the community, where she helps work toward the equality and advancement of women in commercial real estate. She is the New Jersey Co-Chair for Cushman & Wakefield’s Women’s Integrated Network (WIN) and the 2024 President Elect for Commercial Real Estate Women of New Jersey (CREW NJ). Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Courtney was a Senior Sales Associate at Newmark Associates, CRE, where she provided mid-sized companies with brokerage services. She is a graduate of the Darla Moore School of Business at The University of South Carolina.
