Courtney Lee is an Investment Sales Professional at Ariel Property Advisors. Ms. Lee is responsible for executing exclusive listings and facilitating business development initiatives throughout Northern Manhattan, with a particular focus in the neighborhoods of Central and West Harlem. Ms. Lee is frequently involved in marketing various asset classes such as multifamily, mixed-use, industrial and development.
Prior to Ariel Property Advisors, Ms. Lee worked in mid-market investment sales in downtown San Francisco and has experience in business development, the creation of marketing materials, sales and lease transactions, construction, producing pro formas and overseeing the lifecycle of sales through closing.
Ms. Lee also has extensive experience conducting Property Condition Assessments and Environmental Site Assessments on offices, retail plazas, hotels, industrial buildings and multifamily residential complexes.
