Courtney’s focus is on large portfolios, master-planned communities, infill properties and commercial land parcels. In addition, she has worked closely with many of the Valley’s long-time farming families in the disposition and acquisition of their land holdings. Courtney started her real estate career with Nathan & Associates, Inc. in 1991 prior to graduating from Arizona State University with a degree in Marketing. Courtney is a past Auxiliary Board Member of notMYkid and served for many years on the Board of Directors for the FBI Citizens’ Academy. Outside the office, she loves spending time with her energetic family of four and actively supports numerous Valley charities. Originally from Portland, Oregon, Courtney believes Arizona is what dreams are made of!
