About
Cory joined Boyd Commercial in August 2022 and focuses on industrial Landlord/Tenant and Buyer/Seller representation in North and Northwest Houston. Prior to joining Boyd, Cory had a successful career in commercial HVAC sales for Hunton Trane. His clients included building owners, engineers, and mechanical contractors. Cory is originally from Arlington, Texas. He is a 2007 graduate of Texas A&M University, with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and a minor in Business. He was active in the Institute of Industrial Engineers and the Entrepreneur’s Society, and he completed an internship at Ryder Logistics. Cory and his wife, Stephanie, live in Midtown. On weekends, you can find him at the farmers market, Buffalo Bayou Park, or watching Formula 1.
