Cory Gahr is a Managing Director with Lee & Associates NYC, having joined from Savills Studley. Cory specializes in representing retail and office tenants across a breadth of industries. Past clients include Intercept Pharmaceuticals (30,000 SF, 450 W 15th Street), William Morris Endeavor Entertainment (70,000 SF, 11 Madison Avenue), The Raine Group (20,000 SF, 810 Seventh Avenue), Harbor Spring Capital (8,000 SF, 437 Madison Avenue). On the retail side, Gahr has represented Haute Consignment, Derek Lam, Nike, SLT NYC, Inhabit, Stone Bridge Farms, Mark Fisher Fitness, Bedford Cheese Shop, and a host of other retail tenants, landlords and office users. Mr. Gahr has completed transaction in excess of $150 million. Before embarking on his real estate career, he was an agent with Endeavor Talent Agency in Beverly Hills for eight years. Mr. Gahr holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is licensed to practice real estate in New York. Additionally, he is a member of REBNY and ICSC.
