Cory began helping her father with bookkeeping for his real estate development firm at the tender age of six. What started as a childhood fascination turned into a lifelong commitment to working in the family business, and ultimately an exciting career with one of Manhattan's top brokerage teams.
With more than $75 million in sales volume under her belt for the year, Cory is an integral member of the Noble Black Team.
After nearly a decade in investment banking, Cory came full circle and returned to real estate. Cory spent eight years with Merrill Lynch’s healthcare public finance group, working with distinguished hospital administration to obtain funding for large-scale capital projects. Cory's passion for real estate never waned, even during her time on Wall Street. In fact, this valuable experience ingrained the qualities that her clients appreciate most today, particularly her diligence, sales savvy, interpersonal skills and strong attention to their needs.
