Corey J. Abdo is an Executive Managing Director and Principal in the New York office of Lee & Associates. Corey J. Abdo has over 25 years of experience representing tenants and landlords in the New York metropolitan area. He has successfully negotiated over five million square feet of real estate transactions in his career for a wide variety of tenants. Mr. Abdo comes to Lee & Associates from Advisors Commercial Real Estate, and prior to that he worked at Winoker Realty Company as an Executive Vice President and Partner. While there, he led the overall leasing efforts for the company, helping to grow the firm into one of the most dynamic mid-sized full-service real estate companies in New York City. He has also worked at Newmark & Company, and was a member of the leasing team that represented Chadbourne & Parke in their 225,000 SF lease at Rockefeller Center.
